- Eight teams are placed into a double-elimination bracket
- The top 4 teams advance to the Smite World Championship
- Quarterfinals are all best-of-3
- Semifinals & Grand Finals are Best-of-5
- Main Event
- The top 4 teams from the SWC Playoffs get a bye into the quarter-finals
- The #1 seeded team from the SWC Playoffs gets to choose their opponent for the quarterfinals. This continues until the #4 seeded team has only one team to choose from.
- The teams chosen by the top 4 seeded teams from the SWC Playoffs are from the Placement Stage of the tournament.
- Quarterfinal matches are Best-of-3
- Semifinals & Grand Finals are Best-of-5
