The 2022 SMITE World Championship is the conclusion of the 2021 SMITE competitive season.

Overview

Format

• 12 teams are invited: [Show][Hide]
  • 8 from SMITE Pro League
  • 2 from EU Phase 2 Circuit Playoffs
  • 2 from NA Phase 2 Circuit Playoffs

Placement Stage is played online and offline on North American servers

• Ten teams participate
• 2 Groups of 5 teams
• SPL 3rd and 4th Seeds each select one team to be in the opposite group, the remaining teams are drawn into groups at random.
• 5 Team Single Elimination Bracket
• Winner of each group will qualify to SWC 2022 Main Event
• The loser of the Grand Finals match and the winner of the third place match in each group will face off in a last-chance qualifier match.
• Winner of the last-chance qualifier match in each group will qualify to SWC 2022 Main Event

Main Event is played offline on North American servers

• Six teams participate
• Top 2 SPL Playoffs teams receive BYE to the semifinals
• Single Elimination Bracket
• All matches are best of five

Patch Information: Placement & Main Event played on v8.12,  Atlas,  Bastet, and  Cliodhna is disabled for Placement.  Atlas is disabled for Main Event
