- 2 Groups of 5 teams
- SPL 3rd and 4th Seeds each select one team to be in the opposite group, the remaining teams are drawn into groups at random.
- 5 Team Single Elimination Bracket
- Winner of each group will qualify to SWC 2022 Main Event
- The loser of the Grand Finals match and the winner of the third place match in each group will face off in a last-chance qualifier match.
- Winner of the last-chance qualifier match in each group will qualify to SWC 2022 Main Event
