NRG Esports is an esports organization based out of the United States. The org first entered SMITE when it acquired Panthera.
History
Season 3
Previously under the name Panthera, NRG dominated the European SPL with constant near to perfect splits and won every LAN they have gone to since the 2016 SMITE World Championship. However, ever since parting with Epsilon eSports, the team had been looking for a new organization to help them with the basics. While they have been approached by several organizations, "nothing could beat the passion and support that NRG displayed."[1] The team was officially signed on September 1, a week into the EU SPL Fall Placement tournament.
From here, NRG continued its revolutionary run, all the way up to winning the 2017 SMITE World Championship
