Luminosity Gaming is a Canadian eSports organization
Luminosity also fields teams in Call of Duty, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Overwatch, King of the Kill and World of Warcraft. The org also host players for Super Smash Brothers and Madden.
History
Season 3
Pre-Season and Spring Split
Luminosity Gaming came into the SMITE scene by acquiring Woony Tunes, a team made of the remains of Cloud 9 as a result of the "Rosterpocalypse" after both the Season 2 NA Regional Championship and Season 2 EU Regional Championship. Going into the Season 3 Spring Split, the team was expecting to make it to Smite Masters 2016, but due to issues out of their control, the team barely didn't qualify for the Masters.
Fall Split
During the off-season, long time jungle and core part of Luminosity ever since Cognitive Prime, andinster, left the team along with TheBoosh. And in their place, they brought Xenotronics and Masked, two rookies a single split into their SPL careers at the time on Denial eSports. Many people considered this roster to be middle-of-the-pack in the fall split. However, yet again, the team took 1st place in the Fall Placement. The team advanced to the Regional Championship, placing last. Luminosity earned a spot and finished second place in the SWC 2017 Wildcard after defeating Sanguine Esports, barely earning their place in Worlds.

- January 10, Joshy, Oceans, themolluskk, and Xaliea join. KikiSoCheeky moves to support. [1]

- May 30, Oceans moves to hunter. Joshy moves to mid.
- June 13, Lasbra joins.[3] molluskk leaves.
- June 17, Oceans returns to mid lane. Joshy returns to hunter.[4]
- July 30, Oceans leaves.
- July 31, Snoopy and Eonic join. KikiSoCheeky and Gamma leave.[5]
- November 18, Luminosity Gaming will not retain their SPL spot, roster becomes free agents. Xaliea, Lasbra, Snoopy, Joshy, and Eonic leave.[6]
- January 11, Mask leaves.
- January 19, Aquarius, Baskin, BaRRaCCuDDa and JeffHindla leave.[7]
- March 2, Luminosity Gaming acquires a spot in 2018 NA SPL.
- March 19, KikiSoCheeky, Weak3n, KeegsMate, Clout and NotGeno join. Oceans joins as coach.
- July 4, Haithi joins as coach.[8] Oceans moves to sub.

- December 20, Luminosity Gaming announces they will return to the SPL for season 6.[13]
- March 22, Woony Tunes roster acquired. Snoopy, andinster, TheBoosh, BaRRaCCuDDa, and JeffHindla join.[18]
- May 4, ScaryD joins. Snoopy leaves.
- July 30, Masked and XenoTronics join. andinster and TheBoosh leave.[19]
