Peter "Dimi" Dimitrov is a German SMITE player. He is currently playing solo for NRG eSports.

Biography

Dimi is from Mühlacker, Germany. He began playing SMITE in October 2012 with his best friend NinjaBobat. After playing casual lobbys for about a year they got a first offer to join an amateur together. They had some small success against the lower level teams but Dimi ended up leaving the team due to meta changes. Dimi was a midlaner up until this point but decided to branch out into a multi-role player. After spending some more time as a free agent, jumping around on some teams and being a substitute player for Team Coast Blue, he ended up benching himself again. Towards the end of 2014 he got approached by Adapting to try out for his team as a mid.

Successfully getting accepted into the very first version of Panthera, Dimi committed to being a solo laner. One of their early competitive showings ended up being the Qualifications for the Smite Pro League. Due to connectivity issues on Dimi's side they ended up not making it into the SPL. Recovering from their set back, Dimi stayed with the team and dominated the challenger cup. The Summer SPL Split 2015 was his first SPL appearance as a main roster player. During play in 2015 he earned himself the title 'The Undying' as he had consistently low deaths and low time spent dead.

LAN appearances throughout the season for Dimi were the HP Omen Challenge (1st place), Super Regionals 2015 (2nd place) and finally the Smite World Championship 2015 (1st place). In 2016 Dimi has additionally participated at the Dreamhack Smite Masters (1st place) and the Epsilon Invitational (1st place). Besides playing on stage, Dimi had short showings at the after game analysts desk at Super Regionals.
