Biography
BroTuZ was born and raised in Roskilde, Denmark where he still currently lives. He has played video games for most of his life, ever since his father bought the family a Nintendo 64. Eventually, he obtained a Gameboy and became addicted to Pokemon. When he was older, he started playing his games on PC, starting with Age of Empires/Mythology followed by Counter-Strike and Call of Duty. Nowadays, he typically plays his two favorite games, Smite and Hearthstone, for the majority of his gaming.
He originally was watching and waiting to leap into the competitive Smite scene for over a year, hoping to get in through the Challenger Cup. He managed to land the spot of substitute for TheNightsWatch after participating in the Combine as well as a Pro-mix tournament. He remained their sub for 6 months, staying with them as they became Team Instinct, and eventually becoming their coach. Soon after, however, he was picked up by Titan to be their new solo after Confrey had been kicked.[1] Titan, a team that had reached worlds last season, had recently hit a wall in performance, and many looked to BroTuZ to change that. His former position as a mid laner however, led him to choose many mages in the solo lane against the dominant warriors of the time, such as Zeus and
Hel. BroTuZ was not very successful, and only helped Titan to a fifth place finish in the Fall Split, a mediocre performance for the team, but qualifying for the Regional Championship nonetheless. However, Titan's performance at Regionals was even more lackluster, beaten by London Conspiracy's
Ne Zha and
Scylla combo 3-1. They looked to the fifth place match, but were again overmatched by Team Dignitas. Titan disbanded shortly afterward, and BroTuZ went back to his old teammates on TheNightsWatch, who had by then joined a new sponsor, Torpedo. He remained as the team's substitute until Torpedo too, disbanded.
He remained teamless until early Season 4, when he joined Deserted as their midlaner, replacing Dirgius.
